That's what I'm here for.
Meet Shannon
I'm Shannon, an educator, school leader, director and mom. For more than a decade, I've worked inside Arizona schools and alongside the families trying to make good decisions for their kids. I've sat with parents at enrollment tables, walked families through school tours, and seen up close how much this choice matters to the people making it.
I also know how it feels from the parent's side. When my own children were very young, I experienced how reassuring it was to have an expert help me understand what I was looking at and make a choice that fit our family. I never forgot that feeling.
Years later, as my children grew and my work in education continued, I kept noticing parents facing that same uncertainty. Plenty of options, plenty of opinions, but very little space to slow down, reflect, and decide with clarity. Heart & Mind was built to give families exactly that.
Why I Created Heart & Mind
Parents care deeply about this decision. What's usually missing isn't effort, it's a trusted process and someone walking alongside them.
